rst we cut the stwar, we cut it until the little pump, you keep cuting it the same siz, then you can put the strwar threw the string, don't put all of your straw threw the string. After you put 1 straw threw the string you can put the flower threw the string and repeat the straw and flower, if your flower dons'ent have a whole then you can use a pencil to poke a whole. Then your lay should look like this.
